No internet connection from MTN and No One is helping

My second big issue with MTN, My contract is coming to an end, 26 March 2023. On the 27th of February they switched my internet completely off.

I call customer care for assistance no one is helping me, one assitant gave me a wrong number to call for technicall support ***) the lady on that number told me alot of MTN people phone there for assistance but its an insurance company.

I then tried to cancel my contract they told me I can't cancel coz my contract expires now, so I'll have to pay 2 months still before I can cancel, but yet I have no internet connection.

YOH! This is the baddest ***est network ever, never will I use MTN again.

These people **** you and alot of people are involved, its a whole syndicate.
