No internet connection for 6 days

On the morning of 26 August 2026, I woke up to a phone that had no internet connection. I have been on the phone with MTN at least 5 times by now. I have also visited an MTN store and came back with no solution. All I get is the matter is being escalated and reference numbers. This is really frustrating. At the end of the day im still expected to honor my contracts with them by paying meanwhile they do not provide me with a service. MTN's technical support is the worst I have ever experienced
