No internet connect

I'm so disgusted with MTN right now , My amount is fully paid and its been days since I cannot access Internet . Your social media consultant is USELESS , the CALL CENTRE CONSULTANT is more useless . Nobody knows what they are doing . My account is UP TO DATE and now I am told I must but a speed for my reconnection .I need my internet to be reconnected and if I cant use it please pay me back my pro rata amount
