No internet access during loadshedding of neighboring town

MTN doesn't care about its customers. I reported a coverage problem last year [#***] and I do not get a suitable reply. Nothing has been done to resolve the issue. During load shedding of the neighboring area the MTN internet network goes down completely. Meaning you cannot even send a WhatsApp message without waiting for 5 minutes for it to go through. The reception remains but there is no internet connectivity. I have tested both Telkom and Vodacom and both networks are boosting whereas MTN doesn't work at all. I am paying R1000 a month for a data contract to a ISP that cannot provide service during load shedding of the neighboring town. This means an effective downtime of 4 hours a day as the neighboring town has load shedding and there's no internet and then we get load shedding and cannot use the internet. This is very disappointing from MTN considering that other ISP's are providing good internet access during this period.
