No International Roaming

So, we are traveling to Botswana and I need Data and sms international roaming, I go to the MTN outlet at Northmead Benoni. I have it activated....obviously you cannot test it...I also request voice international roaming....on the 23 rd of April. I crossed the border on the 25gth of April and data roaming worked for about 4 hrs.....since then nothing. I have requested it again on the app.....nothing. I have a balance of 25 Gig in my account and 1200 minutes. I have mailed customer care.....no response. One would think it is MTN's interest to allow my roaming...total incompetence rules. I cannot use my bank cards as everything is based on OTPs. Thanx idiots....contract is up for upgrdae...time to port.
