No internal communication and poor customer service

And there MTN goes and switched off my network after responding this morning to advise that everything was in order. I CANNOT BELIEVE YOUR LEVEL OF INTERNAL COMMUNICATION!!!! Your client service is non existent. I need my network to be switched on. The only reason you are rated a 1 is because there are not Minus values.

I already reported MTN to Hallo Peter this morning but it seems my situation only worsened.
