NO INTEREST TO ASSIST CLIENTS
My MTN business contract expired November 2015. In June 2015 I sent my first email to MTN customer care to obtain more details about migrating my business contract to pay as you go in November since I have emigrated. I also started my query process well in advance as I am currently living abroad and wanted to prepare in advance. Despite numerous emails sent no one at MTN is interested in assisting me and they even proceeded to deduct moneys even though my contract expired and I made it very clear that I am not interested in renewing the business contract, I need a pay as you go contract. This is making me sick. You cannot complain about the service because there is NO service at all. I can also provide proof of all the emails sent and calls made to customer care.
Thank you for your post.
We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience you may have experienced with our service.
We do not pick up any previous request to cancel *** and to convert to prepaid. In Aug month you have called in to request regarding early termination fee.
Due to the account in the business name, please fax to me the cancellation request on the company letterhead with authorized signature and ID copy attach to convert this number to prepaid. Fax ***.
Kind Regards,
