NO INTEGRITY

My contract was up for renewal. I have a Black Friday Special contract, which gets reviewed every two years. Up until this year, no issues. Always great service. I contact Retentions, they send me some deals which looked amazing. I responded with some questions, the agent called me and explained the deals. I then emailed later on Monday 11th November and asked her to call me to finalise a deal. NO RESPONSE... I sent 5 emails - nothing. I called Tuesday morning 12th. Customer Care spoke to agent, who said they would call me - NOTHING. Two more emails sent. No response! I called to speak to a manager, as other agents were now telling me there was no such deal. The manager called yesterday the 13 November. I told him that I had cancelled my contract as I do not deal with ****s and company's with no integrity. This morning the original agent tried to call me when I was in a meeting. She sent me an email. MIRACLES, asking me to contact her. I have sent her two emails again. NO RESPONSE. MTN is a total waste of time with no integrity, and they cover for their staff who offer deals that they cannot produce. They need to listen to the recorded voice calls>>>>
