No incoming calls coming through

Good day since Friday I am unable to receive any calls or sms but I am able to call out, send a sms. I've been calling the contact center since Friday and was asked to dial codes, switch my phone off and back on again. I've evens went and did a sim swap hoping it will solve the issue. Up until today it has not been resolved. May I kindly get assistance please.
