NO HOPE SERVICE

Renewed and downgraded my contract and was **** to. My international roaming does not work anymore so can't do banking because can't receive OTP. Person said it will still be fine and has not bothered to get back to me.Have spent about 4 hours trying to sort it out with no joy. Cant get to speak to a manager. Having to call from the USA at huge expense. No one there cares. Absolutely disgraceful.
