No Honour!!!

Sent my device over for repairs to my screen and power botton. Got an email from them requesting I provide them with my PHONE PASSWORD & PATTERN. I was reluctant but did it anyway. When I got my phone back, only the screen was repaired. Contacted them again, and they came again. Now they want me to provide them with my access details AGAIN. First email was because they wanted to TEST it, then the second one (after I refused) was because they want to REPAIR it. Which is it MTN. It has been almost 3 weeks. I honoured my part, now you're having problems honouring yours. I want my phone back.
