No help with porting over from MTN.

MTN would not release my no over to vodacom when porting. Their services are so useless, however in order to port over, an SMS has to be sent over from the original SIM. Even that sms doesn't go through. Spent the whole day talking to numerous consultants who simply pass me from one to another with no assistance. I was even told to go into a store for help. No help at all! Finally, calling 083135 just rings and goes sent, then cuts off when I call! Where to from here??? I'm just disgusted!
