No help with getting additional contract

<p>I signed up my son for the Black Friday special i.e R149 for the sim only deal with 50GB of data a month.<br />I then decided to take up the offer for myself on Cyber Monday. I phoned in ( ********** 667) and was told by Nadine that my son's contract hasn't been invoiced as yet so if they do my contract, his one will cancel. The way around it is to add my new to contract to the same invoice and only Angel - the person who did the initial contract - can help.<br />Nadine took down the number that I wanted to port and said she will get Angel to phone me to finalise the order. No one phoned. I tried getting a hold of them again but could not.</p> <p>I emailed Executive Complaints and Farzanah forwardeded my complaint to the sales team. Angel got back to me and said that it wouldn't have been possible to take out an additional contract as my son's contract was not yet finalised. I could not understand her reasoning and requested to speak to her supervisor. Angel said that her supervisor was in a meeting and that she would speak to her supervisor and get back to me. So far she hasn't - and it has been just over a week - but she has contacted my son to verify that he has received his minutes and data (which he has).</p> <p>I emailed Farzanah again and she has forwarded my complaint to the sales management team who have also not gotten back to me.</p> <p>Please can you get someone to assist and resolve this issue.</p>
