No Help with ***** at MTN.

Last month some ******** hackers managed to access MTN's system and hacked R1,200 from my account. 1) MTN was more than aware of this **** but failed to notify their vulnerable customers 2) The store assistant at MTN Clearwater made a complete hash of my query and failed to stop the hack from continuing. All he did manage was to completely cut one of my numbers from any further activity unless we toped up with air time. 3) On calling the so called "Help Line" I was told to send an email to the ***** department , which I duly did but they completed failed to even acknowledge my email. 4) On following up with the call centre I was told to wait 12 weeks for this issue , which everyone at MTN knows about, to be settled.
