No help with deceased father's contract! It's ridiculous what service this people offer and give

Most ridiculous service ever! I was in a store to cancel my father's contract after he has passed away💔 and the consultant uploaded the documents leaving me to call Mtn customer call service to cancel it and I've been on the phone for the past 2 weeks trying to speak to someone and all I get through to is the options never a human being to speak to and cancel my deceased father's contracts!
