No help whatsoever from these clowns.

Support is utterly useless. Multiple numbers that fall under the same account are suspended while the account paid in full, and when asked to assist, due to my father being the account holder and being out of country, there is not a single person in the company who can help me, due to policy not allowing it.

NOT A SINGLE PERSON CAN HELP YOU IF YOU AREN'T THE ACCOUNT HOLDER, GOD FORBID.

Avoid these clowns as they'll bill you while providing no service whatsoever. Thievery at best.
