No help to unblock cellphone

Phone got ****** on 18/07/2017 and blocked phone Asked MTN Weskus Mall to unblock 19/07/2017 Call 808 - send all necessary documents again, got sms that said phone will be unblocked on 4/10/2017 ref# 1- ********** 7648 Phone is still blocked, get no help from customer service. Customer services was called numerous times, but still phone not unblocked yet. And necessary documents were e-mailed 3 times. Customer service only give more numbers to call but the problem is not solved yet!
