No Help to provide account details to make payment
I have been trying to contact the call center 4 my balance as well as banking details to pay into, I'm told by branches I can only get those details if I call ***. I call and hold 4 1 hour plus everyday but haven't spoken to a person till date. Is it this hard to jst do a payment?
