No help!!! Overcharge.....

I sent my 3 month old phone in for repair as the battery expanded and caused my son's phone to bend. I paid R1900 and they returned it saying that it was self inflicted and the repair will cost me R2300.....I ask you how does a 14 year old bend a phone and how can you charge me more than what I paid! I am so disgusted with MTN and will never purchase from them again....

Hi I have phone them about the repair that where they told me it was self inflicted. That why I can not understand how it self inflicted. What happens to the year warranty and garentee.? I will be collection the today
