NO HELP MTN

I app**** online for the black friday deal. Apparently MTN does not help you anymore, they pawn you off to mondo, and mondo does not do anything. i have tried getting help from mtn but they have this sloppy attitude and not interested in helping as I have now bwwn waiting 10 days for my sim card to be delivered
