No help from MTN with regard to phone WiFi connection problem
I bought a contract phone (LG Q6) from MTN two months ago. Since then I've been struggling to get it to connect to Internet via ANY WiFi. Connection via mobile data works though. I've tried many self diagnosis tips you could google but nothing works. My husband, who is tech savvy, tried many things but to no avail. The MTN call centre agents are clueless and so unhelpful. Today, 18 March 2018, I took it to MTN store Quagga Centre in Pretoria West, the sales lady there told me that I should take my phone to a professional and that she is not a professional.

19 Mar 2018, 21:47I tried many times contacting the 1555 but still I could not get any help, in fact they told me to take my phone to the store, and when I got the store, the sales lady was very rude, she told me that she can not assist me and that i should take my phone to a professional, as she is not a professional
