NO Help from MTN & SUMMER MOBILE

Was contacted by SUMMER MOBILE , informed me that they are calling me ON BEHALF of MTN . Approved for Two(2) contracts , On requested, I asked the agent to port my cellc number onto my new MTN contract which I was assured that this will be done

What I received was completely different from what I was promised and agreed to on the call with the agent .. Its been four(4) months that i have been billed, till today but have been received my MTN SIM CARD , THAT WAS SUPPOSED TO HAVE MY PORTED CELLC NUMBER NO MTN BENEFITS BUT STILL BEING CHARGED

I have sent many emails to SUMMER mobile but have received no help , and when i visit an MTN Branch , I am told that they can not help me because I did my Contract through a service provider

Please dont make the same mistake . DO NOT use MTN or any take any contracts when contacted by these call centers
