no help from MTN legal

Hi there like what is happening with MTN legal department I am not happy I paid my account in May 2021 but this account is still open I have send my paid up letter for this account to be closed but still nothing I have sent emails I have called MTN but with no success I am really frustrated about this matter can I please get assistance in having this account closed.
