No Help from MTN

Absolutely disgusted with MTN. I have been trying to cancel a contract that I have but keep getting told they are offline or some excuse. If they can't answer my questions, the consultant will cut my call. If I go to a store, I get told to call the call center. I have literally spent all day today trying to contact MTN with no joy what so ever.

Guys please stay far away from mtn.

MTN please here this. I will not be paying you as off the end of this month.
