NO HELP FROM MTN
I am so dissatisfied with the poor and pathetic service i received from MTN. All I want is a statement showing the total balance owing on my contract. What can be so difficult. It is email after email, disconnections from the Customer Service department and being referred from pillar to post. I want to settle this contract. PLEASE HELP ME WITH AN EARLY TREMINATION LETTER STATING THE AMOUNT I HAVE TO PAY!!!!!!!!
