No help from MTN

MTN....oh how you suck! I have trying to get hold of someone to get my contract cancelled or migrated to prepaid, whatever the term is. My contract termination date is 13 July 2015. I sent a mail to customer care and retentions on 12 June 2015 as my 30 days cancellation notice.<br> After a few days of no response I went into an MTN store where they told me i shouldnt cancel my contract but migrate it to prepaid if I still want to keep the number.<br> I finally got a mail back from retentions on 2 July with a form i need supposedly need to fill in.....no form was attached to the mail. I mailed back to ask if i need to cancel or migrate but still no response.<br> I have emailed, facebooked and tweeted MTN but no luck at all in getting a response.<br> All i really want is to move to a service provider who actually can offer a better service than MTN and at this stage it is pretty much anyone. I understand that there is still the strike going on, but as a paying customer, its not my problem. I pay for a service and I expect to get one.<br> Can someone from MTN please help me. My termination date is a week away and I want to be off the MTN network as soon after that as possible.
