No help from any MTN agent

<p>I have two active lines , one of which has been activated but no sim has been delivered and i am already being charged , ive tried on numerous occasions calling through but nobody gets back , i asked for the sim to be delivered and for a number to be ported in from vodacom prepaid </p>
