No help for sim swap and insurance

I went to mtn womderpark yesterday(22/04/2024) to enquire about a phone they showed me one then I went to hi fi cooperation for better option, hi fi they sold their products the guy was good but I opted for mtn because I also wanted to do a Sim swap because the phone I'm using cannot take out the sim card and the were urgent calls that I've been waiting for. While buying the Y72 I asked for swim swap, the lady called Lerato(Mbali) said it's R50 then I asked her why R50 because others they do it for free? She said she'll explain, once I figured out that R50 is for simcard I asked her why should I pay for sim swap because the phone that I'm buying is coming with a sim? but the Mbali said I'll get 2 simcards I asked her y 2 simcards because I only need 1 to do sim swap? As I was asking her questions with the R50 swim swap she decided to give me my ID back and said I'll do it myself, already I've paid for the phone because of convinience of sim swap but I didn't get that service. Surprisingly they gave me 1 simcard but Mbali said I'll get 2 sum cards. So it means mtn wonderpark they were forcing me to pay the R50 Simswap regardless of me spending money at their store. I regret buying the phone there I shouldve bought it at hifi cooperation because the prices are the same and I even took insurance but I don't have the T & Cs of the insurance they said I must call a mtn tall free number
