No help because I won't give them my pin!

What the heck. I called MTN call centre *** (@08H32 - 2 Oct 15) to find out if my contract had expired or ended, so that I could convert it to a pay as you go.
After going through a 101 sub menus I finally get to talk to a consultant, so now I'm already frustrated.
I answered the security questions, which is a good thing and then I'm asked for my pin number, that's where I lost it. In todays world of ****s we are constantly reminded never to give your pin to anyone over the telephone or via emai. This guy would not help me because I refused to give him my pin even though I had answer all the other security questions, correctly!
Come on MTN get with the times!
No pins should be asked for over the phone!
Now I have to go into a branch, grr, well then I'm gonna cancel it 100%, not even pay as you go!
