No help at all!!!!

Currently have a 50gb contract with my which initially was R149 but now they offer the most useless contracts with the highest prices and didn't even get my full 50gb this month Tried contacting them and got no reply because they left me on hold. Didn't even get a call back neither did I get any progress report
