No help at all

Im Having a huge problem with MTN and ONE2ONE as i need my number to be prepaid (cancelling from ONE2ONE Contract) 1 Whole month and they keep saying MTN is having problems doing the cancellation, no comunication from MTN at all and i urgently need my number to be prepaid. how much longer must i wait>???????
