No help!
on 2015-10-12 I took my phone to MTN at Mimosa Mall for repairs, I have taken out insurance with MTN, when I got at the MTN shop the agent gave me a number to call,***, but you hold forever until the call disconnects.<br> <br> I am not happy with the way MTN is handling my query as I am sitting with a broken phone and the subscription will go off my account but I don't have a phone, not fair at all.<br> <br>
