No help

I have repeatedly contacted MTN via multiple channels, including X (@MTNza) and direct requests, to obtain my statement for the last tax year. Despite my efforts, I have received no response or assistance. This is critical for my tax filing, and MTN’s lack of communication is unacceptable. I urgently need my statement to comply with SARS requirements. Please resolve this immediately and provide the requested document. I expect a prompt response to avoid further escalation.
