<p>I put my complaint up to be seen like many people do and like many people I got a response telling me everything I already know.</p> <p>There was no trying to help just a basic hi this is how it went down and why we took your money enjoy your broke self.</p> <p>I already knew exactly why and when mtn took my money that was never the issue the fact is I was misinformed about my account on multiple occasion and mtn took more money than I could afford because of it and now I suffer because of it.</p> <p> </p> <p>They don't even care about their customers just that they get their money monthly </p>
