After calling the call center on Monday 20/04 at 08:50 to ask for an increase in my account limit, I was told that MTN won't suspend my line and I should not worry.....well this morning my line is suspended!<br> Can understand why the results of MTN shows no growth in new members as this type of service is terrible. Obviously not even the people in the call center knows how the system works.
