No help!
<p>So, I have a contract with MTN, my Laptop got ****** and my insurance company needs the serial number of the laptop. The contract was taken out at the Northgate branch, I went to the Benmore branch as it is were I work, they told me have I have to contact the brach were I took the contract from. Now this is were the problem starts, I cannot get hold of anybody at the Northgate branch to assit me! I finally got through only to be told that it is the shop inside the shopping centre and that I have to get hold of the "outside" shop. I have called that branch 20 times and everytime I get cut off!!!!! Can somebody please help!</p>
