No good promises!

I upgraded 3 months back with MTN, on my contract I received 10GB of data for the first 3 months, which I thankfully did receive. Then on the 6th of September I received a sms from MTN which promise to give me another 10GB as I did not use all of mine. I did not received this and after complaining to customer care the case was opened on the 22 of September. I only received a follow up sms on the 25th September that is has been escalated, and so far no data of feedback. It seems MTN is promising but not delivering, but my money is good enough when they phone me for upgrades. Eish for you!
