No Galaxy note 9 Welcome Pack received from MTN

MTN - Lack of services for additional contracts taken out! I took out a second contract the end of last year for the Galaxy Note 9 promotional offer (welcome pack) and its been over months and i have still not received anything and have yet to redeem my coupon. I took the second contract out in store and the staff kept telling me that the welcome pack will be delivered even after reconfirmed my address twice! after countless folllow ups with the store they have still not responded and when i am at the store all they can say it is on its way. Its just ridiculous on the lack of services and false advertising for not receiving any of my promotional offer to date! I would appreciate if MTN could give me some feedback at all?
