NO FREE DATA AT MTN

So MTN offers free data witth every upgrade, new contract or renewal.

During the first week of September I upgraded my account, and patiently waited for my free data to be sent. as it takes a few hours to load... Needless to say, after two months of being sent from one sales person to another, different emails, calls and text messages... And also a message stating that my request was successfully completed. I am still waiting for my free data.

During my first inquiry, i was instructed to attached the contract that i signed for the upgrade of my contract...

In the past i never had any problems with the service of MTN, but now i have realised that as long as a sale has been made, there will not be any after sales service, or service in general.

I am highly disappointed in MTN, as they falsely advertise free data bundles, but do not deliver...

Even when this review is posted, i am sure that MTN will not deliver.
