No finance department call centre agents available for account issues for momo

I got ****** last month Been struggling over 1months now to retrieve my mtn momo money that is in my account send them mails inbox them on messenger and call their finance department is never available and customer care keeps giving numbers that don't work they tell me to do a simswap but not working either I want to remove my momo account am a mtn customers for years now guess this is where I draw the line switching to vodacom
