No Feedback with regards to a downgrade of a contract

I have been trying to downgrade (migrate) a MTN Contract and do know that a migration fee might be applicable. All the necessary documents including the death certificate, executor documents and a letter on a company letter head with all information were provided to MTN as per request and 2 months passed with limited feedback and still not resolved
