No feedback upon reporting my mtn contract account
when I was cancelling my mtn lines on number 808, a consultant found that there is an added line off which I don't know who opened it,without my presence and permission, which happened on the 10th of December 2015, after doing a swim swap on the 8th or 9th of December 2015 when my near branch mtn store consultant asked for my mtn pin for doing the swim swap,and I did give him, so I made an affidavit and certified my I'd copy and sent them to my near mtn store, so that they can fax my documents on the 31st of December 2015 and today it's the 26th of January I got a deduction of R2514.
