NO FEEDBACK SINCE SEPT 2014
Good Day, please note that i contacted MTN on the 29.09.2014 with regards to cellphone reception. The reference smsd to my number was ***. Since the day i called, till today, no one called me with regards to my query. Please can you check the reference number and my query and get back to me. MTN I am very upset

We've had a look at the request that was logged with our Coverage Department and see that there was an issue with 3G connectivity in the area.
We've notified the technician that is assigned to the request and request that he contact you directly to come out and assist with the problem.
