No feedback services

In February I received a email from MTN about missing something on an application and that someone will contact me soon. Nearly a month later and several emails and unsuccessful phone calls, am I still waiting for feedback. This is really bad service. Dont know what the problem is. Dont think I want to deal with a company like this.
