No feedback received

I phoned Mtn on 808 last month regarding settling off my account which was with their legal department and i was advised to pay R3916.28 and once paid i must phone again after 24 hrs so that the legal dept can assist me with removing the legal status. My call ref was***. I paid immediately and phoned them the next afternoon and spoke to Bongumusa Khumalo who told me the person i spoke to **** to me when she said i must call after 24 hrs, it actually takes 7days for my name to clear. I was angry for being **** to and asked him to get a supervisor to call me. Abt 2 days later Bongani Mkhalifi phones me and after going through the whole story he tells me the first lady i spoke to was never meant to give me the amount to pay because apparently my account is now the lawyers. Now i was fuming, i thought he was phoning me to apologize about the lie on 24 hrs instead of 7days instead he's telling me i was **** to AGAIN! I couldn't believe the false servise i received from all 3 staff members. All 3 calls need to be listened to . The last call ref was***. I paid the given total and i was told my legal status will update in 24hrs or 7 days and i need my status to be updated asap
