No feedback re no service deal

So, I renew my contract March. I opt for the iPhone for life R100/m deal. Weeks later I notice the R100 not deducted from my account. Why?! MTN didn't register it. Now I'm told the deal no longer exists. TOOOOOO BAD MTN. Isigned up for it BEFORE the deal ended. Fix your INCOMPETENCE and give me the deal you promised. You most probably won't though- reason being- I was promised on my previous hellopeter message that I will be helped as MTN strives to keep customers happy- HOGWASH!!!! STILL NO HELP FROM MTN. STILL NO FEEDBACK. YOU ARE BEYOND USELESS!!!!!!! P. S..... I expect my new phone March 2018!!!!!!!!!
