No Feedback Or Response
I am utterly disgusted with the lack of response by MTN regarding my previous complaint over a week ago. I think I will be taking my business else where when my contract is up, and I will be sure to tell anyone else I know to change as well as my office who uses mtn exclusively. I have never been so utterly disgusted I have been a very faithful MTN client for over ten years I have never used another service provider however if this is how you treat your faithful long standing clients, that you couldn't be bothered to even respond then I guess it is time for a change. and I will be taking all my family and friends that I have talked into using you over the years and my work with me.<br> I can't believe this disgusting service and all I needed was a response to two simple queries.

Please accept our apologies for the difficulty that you have endured in trying to obtain stock of the Lenovo Yoga Tablet 2.
Please be advised that our records show that you will be entitled for an upgrade on the 23rd of August 2015. The sales department currently have stock of the Lenovo Yoga Tablet 2 and should you wish to take out an additional line, you may contact them on *** which is a free call from an MTN number.
I have also checked with the courier company and they have advised that the free LTE sim card was delivered on the 11th of April 2015.
Rest assured, it is not our intention to displease you. We look forward to improving on the service delivery to you.
