No Feedback or Answer

My experience with MTN Cradlestone Mall has been very, very disappointing. As an Mtn customer for the last 10 years, i'm upset to say that i have to consider moving to another network. I sent my phone in for repairs two weeks ago and have been struggling to get information from Mtn Cradlestone. I've tried calling for days now, no answer, even after a solid half hour of calling. The first time i drove through the guy told me he'll follow up for me but that the repair time is 3-4 weeks, not 1-2 as was said to me when i handed the phone in. I drove in again yesterday, after more unanswered calls then the lady told me she'll follow up today and call me by 10h00, and that the repairs were late due to strikes. I eventually drove in again today after more unanswered calls or any feedback whatsoever only to be told in a very snotty manner that the repairs section was closed for a week due to stock counting and that i have to wait for feedback. Could somebody PLEASE let me know what's going on and how much longer i have to wait to get my phone back? And Cradlestone Mtn, please learn to answer calls...
