No feedback on status of contract

I have app**** for a new contract with MTN and are waiting for 20 days without response from any of the MTN members on the status of the contract. The branch just said that it is in process and the customer care center do not care to answer on mails. If you phone any of the numbers they transfer you from the one person to the other and just refer you back to the branch.

Not a very helpful company to deal with.
