No Feedback on reported ***** case

I reported a ***** case with MTN on two cell phone numbers that were added in my name without my knowledge, I submitted all the requested documents and from the day I submitted them I have received no progress report from MTN with regards to the case. The reference number given to me was ***<br> <br> My account has already been debited with funds related to theses ********** numbers and I expect more deductions from my account this month. I can't reverse the amount with my bank as this will reflect badly on my credit record. Can you please sort this out? <br>
